\tContribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by:
\n\tEnsuring the efficient and effective implementation of the global visual merchandising direction in assigned store.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Communication:<\/p>\n
\tCascade information given by Regional VM Manager to Store Manager and store staff through Training and meetings
\n\tParticipate in team meetings and team huddle to understand needs, delivery of stock and sales and retail KPI analysis in order to drive sales through VM
\n\tGive feedback to the RBO on Stores\u2019 needs after discussing with Store Manager<\/p>\n
Merchandising Display:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure store complies with Global standards and guidelines to provide a pleasant shopping experience to all consumers
\n\tEnsure all windows are presented to a high standards including mannequins dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication
\n\tIn charge of creating clear Shop \u2013In-Shop\u2019s to emphasize category presentation
\n\tEnsure correct use and positioning of In-Store Communication Tools
\n\tDress in-store mannequins and place props correctly
\n\tApply and maintain Retail Standards
\n\tDaily audit using adidas VM compliance Checklist
\n\tMonthly submission on VM Compliance Tool including taking and uploading pictures into the system
\n\tUpdate weekly the Space Management Tool floor plan and fixture allocation based on product presentation movement.
\n\tWeekly analysis of Space Management Results with SM and draft common action plan
\n\tNight\u00a0shift: campaign change
\n\tLead store staff by example, organize their work time and tasks<\/p>\n
In-store VM Training:<\/p>\n
Train co-workers on:<\/p>\n
\tGlobal Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines, including folding techniques, different hanger types, size order and size curve, steaming and merchandise presentation standards as well as the use of size cubes and size stickers
\n\t\u201cGetting to know your stores\u201d and wall configuration – Train the Trainer
\n\tEnhancing consumer journey<\/p>\n
VM Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tKeep up to date on competitor analysis as well as current and upcoming fashion trends across the store location area. Communicate information to Market VM Manager
\n\tIdentify and communicate store needs fixtures\/ ISC to Market VM Manager
\n\tOther duties as requested by SM\/Market VM Manager<\/p>\n
Equipment\u00a0control:<\/p>\n
\tReturns and correctly stores unused equipment including fixtures, mannequins, props & graphic frames
\n\tManage fixtures with care to avoid damages
\n\tIs familiar with health and safety issues
\n\tEnsure there is a VM corner at BOH to keep all VM elements packed accordingly.<\/p>\n

\tExecute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers\u2019 expectations
\n\tBe a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
\n\tUse Seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions
\n\tCommunicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address customers\u2019 needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand
\n\tMinimize loss in both, the stockroom and the sales floor
\n\tPerform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner
\n\tCollaborate productively and respectfully with team members
\n\tComplete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job
