{"id":33455,"date":"2026-04-08T10:02:37","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T10:02:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/specialist-etdp-lead-consultant-performance-measurement-and-evaluation-lead-consultant-performance-monitoring-amp\/"},"modified":"2026-04-11T00:24:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-11T00:24:41","slug":"specialist-etdp-lead-consultant-performance-measurement-and-evaluation-lead-consultant-performance-monitoring-amp","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=33455","title":{"rendered":"Specialist ETDP \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Lead Consultant: Performance Measurement and Evaluation \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Lead Consultant: Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Purpose of the job:<\/p>\n<p>\tTo deliver a total application\/IT training service according to the training development cycle and best practices.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibility Area:<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign, develop and maintain training material.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate training by using a variety of methodologies.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge transfer.<br \/>\n\tComply with SITA corporate and departmental policies and business processes.<br \/>\n\tSystem testing.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and report service risks.<br \/>\n\tProject involvement.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tRequired Qualification: 3-year National Diploma \/ Degree in Education, Training and Development Practices (ETDP) OR BA \/ BSc \/ BCom \/ BIT \/ BCompSc \/ BTech (NQF Level 6) plus an ETDP related certificate.<br \/>\n\tExperience: 3 &#8211; 5 years&#8217; experience in a training environment, of which at least 2 years is in an application\/ITrelated training environment.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of: IT\/IS application training environment and training cycle; Client\u2019s business culture, processes, policies and procedures; Various training methodologies and technologies; Current training legislation; Training quality standards; Assessment methodologies and tools.
