Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure the health, safety, and environmental performance of the assigned civil work packages.
\n\tOversee the technical development, design coordination, procurement, and execution of civil packages.
\n\tDeliver civil scope within approved schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
\n\tParticipate in and drive constructability and design review sessions.
\n\tManage civil construction activities including earthworks, concrete works, roads, water management systems, and associated infrastructure.
\n\tIdentify and manage risks, particularly those impacting the critical path.
\n\tLead weekly and monthly progress meetings and ensure accurate reporting.
\n\tCoordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
\n\tManage contractors and ensure compliance with scope, specifications, and programme.
\n\tSupport NEC contract administration, including Early Warnings, Compensation Events, and PMIs.
\n\tEnsure proper control of scope changes and associated cost implications.
\n\tOversee RFQ development, technical evaluations, and contractor alignment.
\n\tEnsure compliance with quality management systems and project procedures.
\n\tMonitor productivity and implement corrective actions where required.
\n\tEnsure all work is properly authorised and supported by contractual documentation.
\n\tMaintain accurate progress, cost, and performance reporting.
\n\tSupport preparation of handover documentation, including as-builts and databooks.
\n\tPromote and enforce a strong safety culture aligned with company and client standards.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBSc \/ BEng \/ BTech in Civil Engineering
\n\tProfessional registration (Pr Eng \/ Pr Tech Eng) preferred
\n\tPMP advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 10\u201315 years\u2019 experience in civil engineering, construction, and project management
\n\tExperience in EPC\/EPCM environments within mining or heavy industrial projects
\n\tExperience in bulk earthworks, concrete structures, and infrastructure projects
\n\tExperience working in similar client environments advantageous<\/p>\n
