Ensure raw and pack materials availability across multiple plants including but not limited to imported raw, pack and bulk materials. This position is responsible for effective inventory management within target range, checking and correcting MRP Master Data and analyzing Material Requirements Accuracy reports. Raw and Pack Materials ordering (Local suppliers)\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure raw and pack materials availability for production through end-to-end purchase order management including managing of parked & blocked invoices and GRIR\u00a0
\n\tWork with procurement to secure future supply including analyzing the long-term horizon (18 months) to anticipate gaps in supply
\n\tSet and manage inventory targets for portfolio by using the RPIO tool at least twice a year. Effectively manage inventory based on weekly consumption vs plan, managing excess and stock shortages\u00a0
\n\tParticipate in I2L process\u00a0
\n\tManage MRP master data to ensure accuracy of master data (lead times, lot sizes, planning parameters)\u00a0
\n\tExpedite deliveries to meet the production plan and satisfy stock targets\u00a0
\n\tProvide rolling weekly bucket forecasts to suppliers\u00a0
\n\tManage and avoid stock redundancy\u00a0
\n\tMonitor key indicators and escalate exceptions in time to avoid stock out situations, responsible for full 18-month planning horizon and exception management.
\n\tEffectively escalate potential risk and work with procurement and supplier as well as DSP to mitigate risk.
\n\tManage rejected stock returns and credit notes \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tB degree or equivalent post matric qualification\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in production planning and\/or materials planning\u00a0
\n\tExperience in SAP MRP, planning and warehouse modules\u00a0
\n\tDealing with suppliers\u00a0
\n\tUnderstanding of measures and KPI’s\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\u00a0
\n\tExcel – Intermediate skill level required\u00a0
\n\tStrong numeracy and communication skills\u00a0
\n\tPower BI reporting skills
