\tAnalyse and translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.
\n\tConfigure and optimise ERP modules in alignment with business rules.
\n\tDesign system workflows, validation rules, and business processes.
\n\tSupport business process re-engineering and improvement initiatives.
\n\tParticipate in project lifecycle activities from requirements to solution validation.
\n\tEnsure ERP configurations comply with governance and internal control. Standards.<\/p>\n
ERP Implementation, Enhancements, Upgrades, and Integrations<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate ERP implementations, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
\n\tFacilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
\n\tEnsure effective integration between ERP systems and interfacing platforms.
\n\tMaintain and test system procedures, including backup and recovery processes.
\n\tCoordinate ERP service providers, vendors, and OEMs
\n\tSupport data migration and system optimisation initiatives.<\/p>\n
ERP Governance, Administration, and Performance Management<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and optimise ERP system performance and availability.
\n\tMaintain master data and enforce data governance standards.
\n\tManage user access, segregation of duties, and security controls.
\n\tIdentify and resolve business-critical application issues.
\n\tManage ERP service providers and oversee SLA compliance.
\n\tImplement controls to protect sensitive financial, personal, and operational data.<\/p>\n
ERP End-User Support and Enablement<\/p>\n
\tProvide first-line and functional ERP support to users.
\n\tManage incident escalations and coordinate with technical teams.
\n\tDevelop and maintain user manuals, system documentation, and guides.
\n\tConduct ERP user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
\n\tMaintain a knowledge base for ongoing user support.
\n\tBuild and sustain strong stakeholder relationships across SANSA.<\/p>\n
ERP Data Management, Reporting, and Business Intelligence<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain standard and ad hoc ERP reports.
\n\tDesign and optimise SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
\n\tEnsure ERP data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across modules.
\n\tDevelop and maintain management dashboards for Finance, SCM, HR, and Executives.
\n\tSupport audit reporting and analytics requirements.
\n\tEnable ERP data integration into enterprise reporting platforms where applicable.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in IT, Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant NQF 7 qualifications.
\n\tSQL certification, knowledge, and proven experience.
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience supporting and administering ERP systems.
\n\tProven hands-on experience with Sage X3.
\n\tDemonstrated understanding of financial processes within the ERP environment.
\n\tWorking exposure to Sage 300 (advantageous).
\n\tProject management experience (advantageous).<\/p>\n
