Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead the development and execution of the Group\u2019s risk-based internal audit plan
\n\tPerform and oversee operational, financial, and compliance audits across multiple business units and functions
\n\tEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
\n\tProvide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board\/Audit Committee
\n\tEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, standards, and internal policies
\n\tTrack and report on the implementation of audit recommendations
\n\tLead fraud risk assessments and investigations where necessary
\n\tContribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n\tProfessional qualification (CIA, CA(SA), AGA(SA), ACCA or equivalent) preferred
\n\tMinimum 5\u20138 years\u2019 experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or external audit, with at least 2\u20133 years in a senior or supervisory role
\n\tStrong knowledge of internal audit frameworks (e.g., IIA Standards), risk management, and corporate governance
\n\tExperience working in a group or multi-entity environment preferred
\n\tExperience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is advantageous.<\/p>\n
