About the role<\/p>\n
\tAs the\u00a0HR Business Partner, you\u2019ll play a critical role in keeping our HR engine running smoothly across Raizcorp and our partner sites. You\u2019ll be the go-to person for HR operations \u2014 ensuring everything from employee onboarding, payroll administration, and industrial relations to policy and process improvement is handled with precision, pace, and professionalism.
\n\tWorking closely with our People Practices Manager, COO and CEO, you\u2019ll help us meet ambitious targets while ensuring operational and compliance excellence.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tExecute daily HR operations across multiple systems (PaySpace, SharePoint, Simplify.hr, etc.)
\n\tServe as a visible and accessible HR presence across Raizcorp and partner sites
\n\tOversee onboarding\/offboarding logistics and ensure accurate reporting and documentation
\n\tDrive and support IR matters \u2013 from case bundle prep to representing Raizcorp at hearings and CCMA
\n\tHandle compliance, equity, and statutory reporting with accuracy and timeliness
\n\tAssist with HR ExCo reporting pack preparation, and represent HR in key internal forums
\n\tCoordinate our internal employee engagement programme across teams and sites<\/p>\n
Who We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 6 years’ generalist HR experience, including\u00a0strong IR exposure
\n\tTertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (minimum diploma or equivalent)
\n\tStrong working knowledge of labour law, IR processes, and HR admin systems
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel \u2013 including pivot tables)
\n\tExperience with systems like PaySpace, SharePoint, and Simplify.hr is a bonus
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence and own reliable transport (essential)
\n\tExperience working in high-performance, high-accountability environments\u00a0is a must<\/p>\n
