\n\tThis role offers the opportunity to build a successful advisory practice while delivering tailored financial planning and investment solutions to a high-value client base. You will play a key role in guiding clients through their financial journeys, providing expert advice across wealth creation, protection, and long-term planning.<\/p>\n
THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tYou will be responsible for delivering holistic financial advice and building long-term client relationships, while growing a sustainable and high-quality advisory practice.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
\tProviding tailored financial advice in line with regulatory requirements and best practice
\n\tConducting comprehensive financial needs analyses, including risk, retirement, and estate planning
\n\tDeveloping and implementing personalised financial plans for clients
\n\tRecommending appropriate investment and insurance solutions
\n\tBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
\n\tConducting regular client reviews and adapting strategies as needs evolve
\n\tCollaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience
\n\tIdentifying and developing new business opportunities
\n\tMaintaining accurate records and documentation of financial advice
\n\tSupporting and mentoring junior team members where required<\/p>\n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a driven and professional advisor with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.<\/p>\n
Key requirements:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant tertiary qualification (CFP preferred)
\n\t5\u20137 years’ experience within financial services or financial advisory roles
\n\tStrong understanding of financial planning, investments, and long-term insurance
\n\tKnowledge of income tax and estate planning principles
\n\tProven ability to build and manage client relationships
\n\tExperience in delivering holistic financial advice
\n\tStrong organisational and time management skills
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
