With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, we work together to achieve shared goals while<br \/>\n\tsupporting each other\u2019s growth and development<\/p>\n<p>WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/p>\n<p>Talent Acquisitions<\/p>\n<p>\tManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings,\u00a0talent\u00a0sourcing, application screening, interviews, and offer processes.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPartner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop role profiles, and create compelling job descriptions<br \/>\n\tSource and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter would be an advantage)<br \/>\n\tConduct interviews, screen resumes, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit<br \/>\n\tProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate records in our recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures<br \/>\n\tBuild and manage a good talent pipeline of candidates for Market Area Africa\u00a0<br \/>\n\tContribute to building an employer brand that attracts top-tier talent<br \/>\n\tLeverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, process efficiency, and areas for optimization.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Compensation &amp; Benefits Management<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the benefits management processes, inclusive of disability, death, provident fund and medical aid, amongst others<br \/>\n\tFacilitate all employee changes in the payroll and HR systems<\/p>\n<p>Employment Relations<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues<br \/>\n\tPartner with managers to ensure a high-performance culture within teams<\/p>\n<p>Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all employee lifecycle administration processes, e.g. new hires, terminations, etc. are complied with<br \/>\n\tEnsure all documents are filed correctly<\/p>\n<p>WHO YOU ARE<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric (Grade 12)<br \/>\n\tA tertiary qualification would be advantageous<br \/>\n\t2 years\u2019 experience working as an HR Generalist<br \/>\n\t5 years of experience\u00a0in managing end-to-end recruitment\u00a0and talent sourcing\u00a0processes, preferably in a large\u00a0global\u00a0organization.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience in the Mining \/ Engineering \/ Construction Industry would be an added advantage<br \/>\n\tSkilled\u00a0in stakeholder management,\u00a0with the ability to guide and support hiring managers.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProficiency\u00a0in\u00a0using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing and MS office\u00a0tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Copilot, to support data analysis, reporting, and presentation needs.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.<br \/>\n\tA proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously<br \/>\n\tStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple recruitment processes\u00a0and projects\u00a0simultaneously.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail<br \/>\n\tData-driven,\u00a0proactive\u00a0and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tA team player with a passion for supporting others and achieving company goals<br \/>\n\tA positive, can-do attitude and a drive for excellence<\/p>\n<p>HARD AND SOFT SKILLS THAT ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE<\/p>\n<p>\tKnowledge of Metso capital equipment products is a plus<br \/>\n\tA high degree of precision and attention to detail<br \/>\n\tHighly organized and able to multitask and prioritize various activities to ensure timely and accurate<br \/>\n\tcompliance with schedule and budget requirements<br \/>\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with<br \/>\n\tvisitors, co-workers and management<br \/>\n\tHighly motivated with the ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines<br \/>\n\tAble to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>WHAT&#8217;S IN IT FOR YOU<\/p>\n<p>\tAn inspiring purpose\u00a0&#8211; Enabling sustainable modern life.
