WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/p>\n
Talent Acquisitions<\/p>\n
\tManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings,\u00a0talent\u00a0sourcing, application screening, interviews, and offer processes.\u00a0
\n\tPartner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop role profiles, and create compelling job descriptions
\n\tSource and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter would be an advantage)
\n\tConduct interviews, screen resumes, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
\n\tProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication
\n\tMaintain accurate records in our recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
\n\tBuild and manage a good talent pipeline of candidates for Market Area Africa\u00a0
\n\tContribute to building an employer brand that attracts top-tier talent
\n\tLeverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, process efficiency, and areas for optimization.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Compensation & Benefits Management<\/p>\n
\tSupport the benefits management processes, inclusive of disability, death, provident fund and medical aid, amongst others
\n\tFacilitate all employee changes in the payroll and HR systems<\/p>\n
Employment Relations<\/p>\n
\tProvide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues
\n\tPartner with managers to ensure a high-performance culture within teams<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all employee lifecycle administration processes, e.g. new hires, terminations, etc. are complied with
\n\tEnsure all documents are filed correctly<\/p>\n
WHO YOU ARE<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tA tertiary qualification would be advantageous
\n\t2 years\u2019 experience working as an HR Generalist
\n\t5 years of experience\u00a0in managing end-to-end recruitment\u00a0and talent sourcing\u00a0processes, preferably in a large\u00a0global\u00a0organization.\u00a0
\n\tExperience in the Mining \/ Engineering \/ Construction Industry would be an added advantage
\n\tSkilled\u00a0in stakeholder management,\u00a0with the ability to guide and support hiring managers.\u00a0
\n\tProficiency\u00a0in\u00a0using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing and MS office\u00a0tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Copilot, to support data analysis, reporting, and presentation needs.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
\n\tA proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
\n\tStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple recruitment processes\u00a0and projects\u00a0simultaneously.\u00a0
