Experience with supporting thin clients, communicate verbal\u00a0\u00a0and written skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0DUTIES :<\/p>\n<p>\tDiagnose software and hardware problems, Desktop and printer management, support computers,\u00a0\u00a0printers, and other hardware, computer installations, manage helpdesk issues, manage corporate Antivirus\u00a0\u00a0protection for all computers, and provide support to all \u00a0 staff on IT &#8211; related problems.<br \/>\n\tTrack and prioritise ICT support\u00a0\u00a0calls and document the resolution.
