This role focuses on generating sales, supporting existing clients, securing new business, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. The Sales Representative will actively grow the customer base, maintain strong business relationships, and represent the company professionally when conducting site visits, promoting products, and compiling project specifications.<\/p>\n
SALES REPRESENTATIVE<\/p>\n
Minimum skills and experience required:<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate (NSC)
\n\tStrong understanding of sales processes and customer service
\n\tExcellent communication skills \u2013 written and verbal
\n\t5+ years\u2019 sales experience within the building, construction, tiling, or hardware merchant sectors
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tExperience dealing with tile merchants, hardware suppliers, and building supply companies<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSell company products and fulfil customer requirements, focusing on both existing and potential sales outlets
\n\tEnsure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
\n\tRetain and service all existing clients
\n\tConduct cost-benefit analysis for current and prospective customers
\n\tBuild and maintain productive business relationships to support future sales
\n\tAssist with marketing initiatives as needed
\n\tVisit sites and compile project specifications
\n\tHandle and resolve customer complaints
\n\tProvide product training to new and existing clients<\/p>\n
