About The Role<\/p>\n

\n\tWe\u2019re looking for a Layout Design Specialist to help shape the look, feel, and functionality of our branches \u2013 from floor layouts to signage, in-branch communication, and everything in between.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/p>\n
\tDesigning floor layouts for new and upgraded branches, including offsite cash devices.
\n\tCreating practical, efficient design solutions that balance cost, quality, and functionality.
\n\tDriving value engineering by solving design challenges creatively and smartly.
\n\tCoordinating signage \u2013 artwork, decals, internal and external signage – \u00a0from concept to installation.
\n\tProducing accurate construction drawings and detailed drawing packs, issued on time.
\n\tPlanning and conducting site surveys, ensuring all measurements are spot-on.
\n\tDrafting and reviewing branch layout specifications for interior and exterior design elements.
\n\tWorking closely with suppliers, contractors, landlords, and tenant coordinators.
\n\tContinuously improving drafting processes to reduce design and turnaround time.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Bring<\/p>\n
\t2+ years\u2019 experience in architectural design and construction.
\n\tHands-on experience using Revit for layout design and construction drawings.
\n\tA solid understanding of building methods, materials, and regulations.
\n\tStrong analytical and commercial thinking skills.
\n\tConfidence coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing timelines.
\n\tExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n\tStrong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
\n\tProject management capability (methodology-specific experience is a plus).<\/p>\n
Qualifications (Minimum)<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 National Certificate \/ Vocational
\n\tA relevant tertiary qualification in Draughting or Architectural Technology<\/p>\n
