Main Job Tasks and Key responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tKeeping track of the daily activities and performance of the sales team
\n\tMotivating, coaching and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and other KPI\u2019S
\n\tEnsure sales team have the necessary resources to perform their daily duties
\n\tEvaluate performance of individuals in the team and create\/follow up on PRP for individuals in the team.
\n\tSetting sales targets and key performance indicators of the individuals in the team.
\n\tTake disciplinary actions for his\/her team members where necessary
\n\tMonitoring, maintaining and reporting on all specified KPI\u2019s for individuals within the team and corrective action for any potential individuals who are not on track or behind their required benchmarks and targets
\n\tCompile weekly reports on the team\u2019s performance and corrective action if needed
\n\tSet schedule for overtime for the team(public holidays , lunch breaks and Saturdays)
\n\tUnderstand and drive company values, vision and culture in his\/her team or business overall.
\n\tLead employees and providing additional training and coaching as needed to ensure everyone is performing their job properly
\n\tActing as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks
\n\tAssisting the manager with day-to-day responsibilities, overseeing staff, and providing stable leadership to the department
\n\tRecruiting and interviewing new hires
\n\tRespond to and resolve customer complaints and comments as needed<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMust be able to adapt to change quickly
\n\tMust be able to coach and be able to influence individuals.
\n\tMust be passionate, disciplined, Persistent, Accountable and be able work well with others.
\n\tLeadership skills \u00a0
\n\tComputer literacy (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
\n\tInsurance\/Broker\/Sales\/Underwriting background.
\n\tMinimum of 12 months\u2019 work experience in sales.
\n\tManagement Skills; Leadership; Motivational Skills; Strong Communication Skills; Multitasking; Customer<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBusiness Administration or relevant field would be an advantage
\n\tRE Compliant<\/p>\n
