\tA leading scrap metal company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions in the KZN region. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years\u2019 experience in HR and IR matters, including CCMA exposure, and possess strong people skills to manage employee relations, support management, and maintain positive engagement with staff and unions.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
\n\tManage employee relations and represent the company in IR matters, including CCMA cases.
\n\tSupport management with HR strategies, policies, and staff guidance.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with employees, unions, and management.
\n\tConduct recruitment and onboarding for the KZN region, ensuring the right talent fit.
\n\tDevelop and implement staff training and development programs.
\n\tMonitor performance management processes and support staff appraisals.
\n\tProvide regular HR reports and insights to senior management to inform decision-making.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience as an HR Manager or HR Officer.
\n\tExperience in HR & IR matters; CCMA exposure advantageous.
\n\tStrong interpersonal and people-management skills.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and reliable transport.
\n\tRelevant HR qualifications advantageous.<\/p>\n
