\tThe Cloud Delivery Engineer\u2019s primary responsibility is to help deploy and support customers who subscribe to our GCP & GWS services. They will need to be customer-focused, enthusiastic and have excellent IT technical support skills, with a calm and reassuring manner and strong attention to detail. Working with our Cloud Solutions Architects who design the Cloud solutions, Cloud Delivery Engineers need to have a firm understanding of all the technologies being deployed and the ability to implement the proposed solution working in a project team and overseen by the Service Delivery Manager and Cloud Projects Manager.\u00a0
\n\tThe Cloud Delivery Engineer will be involved throughout the client engagement process, from initial scoping and surveys, through project implementation and delivery, and if required for ongoing support and maintenance of the customer environment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tAssociate cloud engineer
\n\tGoogle professional certifications \u2013 Data focused. – Essential
\n\tGoogle Associate certifications (Workspace administrator). – Essential
\n\tAssociate or intermediate AWS and Azure certifications. – Desirable
\n\tDegree in IT or Engineering related field and Post-Graduate. – Desirable
\n\tMS – 900 Associate cloud engineer \u2013 Google Cloud. – Desirable
\n\tDegree in IT or Engineering related field and Post-Graduate. – Desirable<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
2+ years’ experience in\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupporting Cloud-based infrastructure (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
\n\tProven experience with GWS
\n\t\u2060Proven experience with GCP
\n\tDemonstrate the ability to solve complex, multi-system problems
\n\tExtensive track record of service delivery for customers
\n\tGreat communications skills
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of various IT and\/or telecoms technology architecture domains and convergence<\/p>\n
