\tNational Diploma in Human Resources Management (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tCertificate: SAP R\/3 Consultant (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tBachelor of Technology (B Tech) in a relevant field (Recommended\/Desirable)
\n\tCertificate in First Line Management (Recommended\/Desirable)
\n\tMinimum of 5 years of experience with general HR functions and SAP systems (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tStrong technical proficiency in managing HR Information Systems (HRIS)
\n\tExcellent analytical skills for data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making
\n\tExperience in leading and managing HRIS-related projects with successful implementation
\n\tProficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within HR systems
\n\tDemonstrated ability to maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with HR data management practices
