{"id":33586,"date":"2026-04-09T12:10:06","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T12:10:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/talent-acquisition-specialist-3\/"},"modified":"2026-04-09T12:10:36","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T12:10:36","slug":"talent-acquisition-specialist-3","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/talent-acquisition-specialist-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Talent Acquisition Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Description<\/p>\n<p>\tAdvertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Pnet etc.);<br \/>\n\tEffectively leverage off resources using a variety of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Pnet, Direct Hire etc.) to source candidate profiles to create recruitment leads and build talent pools;<br \/>\n\tScreen CV\u2019s and applications and update candidates on hiring processes;<br \/>\n\tConduct the full recruitment process, from sourcing and pre-screening to interviews and background checks, ensuring candidates align with job requirements and organizational culture;<br \/>\n\tEnsure that interviews are scheduled and well coordinated by the Talent Acquisition Administrator;<br \/>\n\tMaintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process;<br \/>\n\tSupport the TA Manager with the execution of recruitment strategies;<br \/>\n\tEnsure all recruitment practices are in compliance with labour laws and company policies;<br \/>\n\tProvide administrative support to the TA team when necessary, including managing correspondence, updating administrative information, and handling confidential information with discretion;<br \/>\n\tStay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies;<br \/>\n\tBuild a talent pool for existing vacancies through headhunting, networking, etc;<br \/>\n\tFacilitate offers and pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience;<br \/>\n\tInform candidates regarding psychometric and\/or simulator assessments where applicable;<br \/>\n\tPartner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide fit for purpose recruitment solutions;<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with hiring managers to prepare interview questions and materials;<br \/>\n\tReport to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidates for them to interview.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12 or equivalent (Essential);<br \/>\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources or related field (Advantageous);<br \/>\n\t3\u20135 years recruitment experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle (preferably internal recruitment processes) (Essential);<br \/>\n\tProven experience working on multiple vacancies with tight deadlines (Essential);<br \/>\n\tExposure to Application Tracking Systems (Advantageous);<br \/>\n\tKnowledge and understanding of HRM practices and procedures (Advantageous);<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of relevant legislation (BCEA, EEA, SDA, Codes of Good Practices) (Advantageous);<br \/>\n\tEnd-to-end recruitment lifecycle knowledge (Essential);<br \/>\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook);<br \/>\n\tSourcing expertise (Essential).<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>flysafair.mcidirecthire.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/flysafair.mcidirecthire.com","_company_name":"FlySafair","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"FlySafair is South Africa's true low cost airline.
