\tAchieve and exceed the workshop service turn over targets.
\n\tRun reports to check warranty, cash sales outstanding, WIP and labour sales.
\n\tFollow up and resolve all debtors, creditors and customer queries.
\n\tUpdate and maintain dealer standards minimum requirements.
\n\tImplement measures to improve workshop CSI and constantly monitor accordingly.
\n\tMonitor bookings to ensure that the workshop load is done to achieve maximization of labour sales.
\n\tMentor and supervise all service staff in the dealership.
\n\tImplement measures to improve workshop service quality.
\n\tAttend customer technical liaison meetings.
\n\tMonthly reporting on Service achievements to Head of Own Retail.
\n\tImplement and manage the services marketing strategy.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate.
\n\tTechnical qualification or a comparable qualification.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tComputer Literate.
\n\tCustomer focused with a results driven approach.
\n\tAnalytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.
\n\tHigh level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
\n\tPossess solution orientated thinking and be customer orientated.
\n\tPro-active, highly motivated in achieving set objective.
\n\tAssertive and possess decision making skills.
\n\tWork independently though being a team player.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tStrong technical knowledge and understanding of commercial vehicles – 1 year.
\n\tExperience, leading and motivating a team – 7 years.
\n\tProfessional experience in the automotive industry with service experience – 5 years.<\/p>\n
