\tDeliver quality work and demonstrate excellence in all assigned tasks and projects
\n\tPlan, manage, and report on assigned responsibilities timeously
\n\tContribute innovative and proactive ideas to projects
\n\tEngage in knowledge\u2011sharing with peers and key stakeholders
\n\tManage your own development plan to enhance your skills
\n\tDemonstrate and uphold FirstRand\u2019s shared values.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tHold a completed diploma or degree in: Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or Human Resources
\n\tBe between the ages of 18 and 34
\n\tBe unemployed for at least six months at the date of application
\n\tBe a South African citizen
\n\tHave no prior permanent employment or participation in a learnership programme
\n\tNot be registered for any current studies
\n\tHave no prior work experience within the FirstRand Group
