Key Learning area\/Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.\u00a0
\n\tSupport the Customer Service team in logging and tracking customer requests and complaints.\u00a0
\n\tAssist with updating and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.\u00a0
\n\tHelp prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends.\u00a0
\n\tObserve and learn the resolution process for customer complaints and service issues.\u00a0
\n\tAssist with coordinating follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.\u00a0
\n\tSupport team members during service delivery activities, such as product demonstrations or client meetings.\u00a0
\n\tParticipate in training sessions on company products, services, and customer service protocols.\u00a0
\n\tAssist in developing internal resources, guides, or FAQs for customer support.\u00a0
\n\tShadow experienced staff to understand workflow, communication strategies, and customer engagement practices.\u00a0
\n\tAttend team meetings and take minutes or notes for learning purposes.\u00a0
\n\tCompile weekly or monthly learning reports on tasks performed, insights gained, and areas for improvement.\u00a0<\/p>\n
