What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
\tDrive sales of agricultural parts, accessories, and solutions while meeting agreed targets (commission applicable).
\n\tManage stock effectively, ensuring availability, ordering based on movement, and sourcing scarce parts quickly.
\n\tBuild strong, trust-based relationships with farmers and clients.
\n\tStay up to date with agricultural technologies and equipment to serve customers better.
\n\tTake responsibility for the point-of-sale process including cash and card transactions.
\n\tMaintain excellent housekeeping of stock and displays.
\n\tCommit to continuous training and growth, both personally and professionally.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Need<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ NQF 4 with Mathematics.
\n\tProven sales and marketing experience in parts (essential).
\n\tKnowledge of and passion for agriculture.
\n\tAbility to work well under pressure.
\n\tA strong customer service orientation.
\n\tComputer literacy (Microsoft Office).
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.<\/p>\n
