Role Purpose<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the development, rollout, and ongoing lifecycle management of key products within the Merchant Division.
\n\tThis role bridges business objectives, customer needs, and technical delivery, ensuring products are commercially viable, customer\u2011centric, and delivered with high quality and impact.
\n\tYou will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to translate strategy into compelling product outcomes.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Product Vision & Strategy<\/p>\n
\tDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to company objectives
\n\tEnsure clear value propositions for merchants and internal stakeholders
\n\tAlign product priorities with business growth targets<\/p>\n
Market & Customer Insights<\/p>\n
\tConduct market research and analyse customer and user feedback
\n\tUse data and insights to prioritise features and enhancements
\n\tBalance customer demand, business value, and technical effort<\/p>\n
Cross\u2011Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams
\n\tTranslate requirements into clear user stories and specifications
\n\tSupport teams through delivery to ensure products launch on time and to standard<\/p>\n
Delivery, Backlog & Launch Management<\/p>\n
\tOwn and manage the product backlog
\n\tWrite clear requirements and acceptance criteria
\n\tOversee product launches, ensuring readiness across teams<\/p>\n
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation<\/p>\n
\tMonitor product performance post\u2011launch using relevant metrics
\n\tGather stakeholder feedback and iterate for continuous improvement
\n\tDrive enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes<\/p>\n
Experience & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\t3+ years\u2019 experience in Product Management
\n\tStrong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication abilities
\n\tExperience working with Agile methodologies
\n\tProven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments<\/p>\n
Preferred<\/p>\n
\tExperience in fintech, payments, or CRM\u2011based platforms
\n\tExposure to merchant\u2011facing digital products<\/p>\n
