\tBidvest Prestige is a leading provider of integrated cleaning services solutions, specializing in hospitality services. We are currently seeking a General Manager to oversee our hospitality division and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
\n\tThe General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
\n\tManage and mentor a team of hospitality professionals to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
\n\tOversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, and customer service
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
\n\tMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to track performance and identify areas for improvement
\n\tEnsure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
\n\tDevelop and implement marketing and sales initiatives to attract new business and expand existing client relationships
\n\tCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve overall company objectives
\n\tStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric and Hospitality Management or a related field\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
\n\tStrong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employees, and other stakeholders
\n\tSolid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
\n\tKnowledge of industry best practices, trends, and regulations
\n\tCertification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus<\/p>\n
