About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager \u2013 Dynamics 365 (ERP) to take full ownership of our ERP system\u2019s performance, stability, and continuous improvement. This role is critical in ensuring the system effectively supports finance, operations, and cross-functional business processes while maintaining strong governance and security standards.
\n\tYou will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring the ERP system delivers maximum business value.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tERP Ownership:\u00a0Ensure overall system health, performance, and availability of the Dynamics 365 ERP platform
\n\tAccess Governance & Security:\u00a0Manage user access, roles, and segregation of duties to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
\n\tSystem Configuration:\u00a0Oversee ERP configuration to align with business processes and governance standards
\n\tIncident & Escalation Management:\u00a0Act as the primary escalation point for ERP issues and ensure timely resolution
\n\tChange & Release Management:\u00a0Control system changes through structured governance, testing, and deployment processes
\n\tStakeholder & Vendor Management:\u00a0Collaborate with internal teams, Microsoft, and implementation partners
\n\tContinuous Improvement:\u00a0Identify optimisation opportunities, training needs, and process improvements
\n\tRisk & Trend Analysis:\u00a0Monitor system performance trends and implement corrective actions<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Information Systems, IT, or related field<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
5\u201310 years\u2019 experience in:<\/p>\n
\tERP Application Administration
\n\tFunctional system management\/governance
\n\tMicrosoft Dynamics 365 (highly advantageous)<\/p>\n
