What you will love doing in this role<\/p>\n
\tDrive sales by consistently achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets in a high-volume outbound dialler environment.
\n\tPresent, promote, and sell products\/services to qualified potential customers within a target-driven outbound contact centre, confidently overcoming objections and closing sales.
\n\tMaintain high levels of productivity, adherence, turnaround time, and quality performance in a performance-measured environment.
\n\tAccurately capture and update customer information in real time, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
\n\tTake ownership of your performance, maintaining momentum and focus in a pressurised, target-driven setting.
\n\tRepresent the homechoice brand with professionalism while delivering a results focused customer experience.
\n\tRemain adaptable and resilient in a pressurised, target-driven environment.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll need to do this role<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) \u2013\u00a0Must have
\n\tMinimum 2\u20133 years\u2019 proven outbound sales\/telemarketing experience within a Contact Centre environment \u2013\u00a0Preferred
\n\tDemonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
\n\tStrong objection-handling and closing skills
\n\tSound understanding of dialler systems and high-volume outbound calling
\n\tExcellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
\n\tFluent in English and at least two additional South African languages \u2013\u00a0Preferred
\n\tTarget-driven with the ability to sustain high performance consistently
\n\tClear understanding of a performance-managed contact centre environment
\n\tProficient in MS Office applications (Email, Internet, Word, and Excel)
\n\tClear criminal and ITC record \u2013\u00a0Must have
\n\tMust not be currently debarred or declared not fit and proper in terms of the FAIS Act<\/p>\n
