launch product and brand campaigns, in line with the product &amp; brand strategies<br \/>\n\tWrite strategic and creative briefs and evaluate creative work against the brand strategy and brief.<br \/>\n\tBuild effective brand messaging with unique selling propositions<br \/>\n\tWork with relevant stakeholders and channel managers to execute product\/brand campaigns across relevant channels<br \/>\n\tMonitor, analyse and proactively report on key marketing metrics, quality, and campaign performance.<br \/>\n\tResponsible for media decisions and implementation<br \/>\n\tWork with external partners and internal stakeholders to co-create marketing content<br \/>\n\tEnhance product\/brand awareness on digital, social and events platforms.<br \/>\n\tAccountable for budget management and the delivery of KPIs and agreed targets.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Market Research and Analysis<\/p>\n<p>\tAnalyse sales and market data to understand impact of campaigns on brand sales and help identify untapped opportunities for new product launches.<br \/>\n\tGain\/obtain customer and product usage insights, identify new opportunities, build customer personas through research, surveys and interviews.<br \/>\n\tField visits\/survey to understand routes to market and customer better<br \/>\n\tUncover and share market intel &amp; research competitors to be proactive &amp; market-responsive<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n<p>\tWork with internal stakeholders (marketing lead &amp; team, product managers, channel managers, KAM teams, digital team and creative studio) and external stakeholders (PR &amp; Media, product partners) to create and implement all aspects of the annual marketing plans and specific campaigns across the group.<br \/>\n\tOngoing communication and presentations on campaigns and tactics to both internal and external stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tRegular updates and reports to division GMs and marketing leads.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tA Bachelor or post-graduate degree\/diploma in Marketing or related would be advantageous.<br \/>\n\tA minimum of 4+ years brand management\/relevant advertising\/marketing experience.<br \/>\n\tPortfolio of work on one or more products\/brands.<br \/>\n\tExperience working with &#8211; briefing and guiding &#8211; creative teams.<br \/>\n\tExperience working in a fintech company<br \/>\n\tCross-industry experience<br \/>\n\tChannel marketing<br \/>\n\tExperience in any of these areas: Consumer insights; Channel marketing; Content marketing, Digital marketing<br \/>\n\tExperience using eMarketing software and Google Analytics<br \/>\n\tExperience integrating AI tools into workflow.<\/p>\n<p>Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>\tCreative strategic thinker\u00a0&#8211;
