Main Tasks\/Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop, schedule, and monitor all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance using a computerized maintenance management
\n\tCreate comprehensive job plans including scope of work, materials, tools, time estimates, and safety instructions
\n\tEnsure accurate and timely work order creation, execution, and closure with proper feedback\u00a0
\n\tLiaise with engineering stores to ensure spares and materials availability before work execution\u00a0
\n\tMaintain updated asset master data, maintenance procedures, BOMs, and technical documentation\u00a0
\n\tParticipate in cross-functional planning meetings with Production, QA, and Engineering teams\u00a0
\n\tSupport regulatory audits by maintaining full, auditable records of all maintenance activities\u00a0
\n\tManage and track maintenance backlogs and report risks to the Reliability Engineer\u00a0
\n\tAssist in the preparation and coordination of planned shutdowns, including contractor engagement\u00a0
\n\tContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with reliability goals<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric Certificate (Essential)\u00a0
\n\tN6 Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Essential)\u00a0
\n\tNational Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Preferred)\u00a0
\n\tCertificate or formal training in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (Advantageous)Good understanding of GMP, pharmaceutical production standards, and regulatory compliance (Essential)\u00a0
\n\tIntermediate to advanced computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years of relevant experience in a maintenance planning role within a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated manufacturing environment
\n\tHands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance scheduling
\n\tProven experience with engineering spares, job kitting, and shutdown planning\u00a0
\n\tStrong background in CMMS usage and data integrity
\n\tFamiliarity with GMP-compliant maintenance documentation and support for regulatory inspections\/audits<\/p>\n
