Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:<\/p>\n
Inspection Activities<\/p>\n
\tSchedule inspection activities in synergy with production and in accordance with inspection instructions.
\n\tConduct inspections of all components procured or manufactured daily to ensure compliance to quality and product specifications
\n\tRadiograph fuel plates, target plates and welds to determine hidden defects.
\n\tGenerate Inspection reports for all inspections conducted.
\n\tRecord relevant product related information on the system to enable trend analysis of product conformance\/reject rates<\/p>\n
Release Of Items<\/p>\n
\tPerform receiving\/Incoming Inspection of Procured items.
\n\tControl status of products by means of status indicators and update database accordingly to ensure correct application to products
\n\tVerify accuracy of components released by production for final assembly, for Traceability.<\/p>\n
IMTE Verification System<\/p>\n
\tVerify(Calibrate) shop floor measuring instruments using the Master Reference Standards on an annual basis to ensure validity of instrumentation test results.
\n\tIssue certificate and maintain the database of the verified measuring instruments to ensure effective and efficient retrieval and accuracy of information when required.<\/p>\n
Process Surveillances<\/p>\n
\tConduct surveillance product audits (First \u2013Off & Witness Inspections) on processes in the plant on a regular basis to ensure compliance to regulatory and quality requirements.
\n\tWitness Swaging & Special activities<\/p>\n
Management System\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLevel 3 & 4 document review.\u00a0
\n\tReview and update INS (Inspection Instructions) and master report forms for inspection and NDE (non-destructive examination) documentation for activities as required.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tQualified Artisan (Mechanical\/ Fitter and Turner)
\n\tRadiographic Testing Level 01.
\n\tDimensional Metrology Level 01
\n\tUltrasonic Testing Level 01
\n\t5 years\u2019 experience in dimensional inspection and non-destructive examination<\/p>\n
