Protection<br \/>\n\tLifts Services<br \/>\n\tParking<br \/>\n\tPlumbing<br \/>\n\tWaste Management<br \/>\n\tCleaning, Hygiene &amp; Pest Control<br \/>\n\tLandscaping &amp; Indoor Plants<br \/>\n\tFood aid services<br \/>\n\tHelpdesk, reception and switchboard services<br \/>\n\tCAFMS (manage and draw reports)<\/p>\n<p>Quality Control<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify Scope of Work &amp; Quality requirements according to maintenance request.<br \/>\n\tConduct Quality Control Inspections on a daily basis an ensure records are kept thereof<br \/>\n\tCompletion and reviewing of quality reports on a weekly\/monthly basis<br \/>\n\tEnsure all work is completed as per work order and to quality standards.<br \/>\n\tEnsure daily reporting and escalation of faults to Key Accounts Manager and client.<br \/>\n\tEnsure emergency maintenance is reported to the Key Accounts Manager and client.<br \/>\n\tDevelopment of inspection plans relative to all services around building fabric maintenance as stipulated above.<br \/>\n\tEnsure regular feedback to end user\/staff regarding status of service level agreement and completion.<br \/>\n\tInstitute all approved process and procedures, adapt and make site specific as required<br \/>\n\tImplement revised process and procedures as and when required<br \/>\n\tEnsure all on site (Client) policies, procedure, rules and regulations and adhered to at all times<\/p>\n<p>Manage Contractors<\/p>\n<p>\tFamiliarize with all terms and conditions and performance standards as per SLA per service<br \/>\n\tEnsure contractors adhere to SLA at all times, and report any non-compliance as part of performance management<br \/>\n\tCommunicate additional service requirements to Key Accounts Manager to incorporate into SLA<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective and efficient service delivery<br \/>\n\tEnsure all planned maintenance activities are adhered to and that the service report issued is issued to Key Accounts Manager<br \/>\n\tEnsure proactive approach to the precinct by logging proactive calls on a daily basis<br \/>\n\tFollow up on outstanding Helpdesk Work Orders and Requests and ensure the work is completed and that the ETA is communicated to Key Accounts Manager, client and helpdesk<\/p>\n<p>Client Liaison<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide regular task feedback to client<br \/>\n\tComplete all \/ any client requests and ensure client satisfaction<br \/>\n\tProvide feedback to Management<\/p>\n<p>Invoicing Control<\/p>\n<p>\tCo-ordinate and manage all invoices for all work completed by the relevant service provider<br \/>\n\tEnsure quotations are received and processed for approval with line manager<br \/>\n\tFamiliarize with the approved invoicing procedures and abide by them<br \/>\n\tAssist in timeous submission of invoicing by Contractors and that all details are received (work order number, PO number, vat registration number, etc)<\/p>\n<p>Reports<\/p>\n<p>\tComplete monthly Management Report for Head Office, highlight all operational issues and comment on the status of such issues<br \/>\n\tReport on status of projects<br \/>\n\tReport on staff<br \/>\n\tHighlight concerns<br \/>\n\tMake recommendations or submit request for assistance.<\/p>\n<p>General Operations\u00a0and HR<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all operational outputs are noted<br \/>\n\tTimesheet management<br \/>\n\tAssist in Managing on-site operational expenditure<br \/>\n\tCommunicate all operational activities to all respective staff<br \/>\n\tMake recommendations on any operational issues that need to be altered to fit individual site.<br \/>\n\tIt should be noted that for operational reasons, it may be necessary for to perform tasks other than those described herein from time to time.<br \/>\n\tPrescribed procedures may be amended by management as and when required<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills and Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12<br \/>\n\tPreferable: Diploma in Built Environment or Associated Services<br \/>\n\tAbility to motivate and manage staff<br \/>\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills<br \/>\n\t5 years\u2019 experience in Facilities Management<br \/>\n\tComputer Literate in MSOffice<br \/>\n\tExperience of contract administration<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of pre-planned maintenance services advantageous<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of safety, fire and emergency procedures<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant legislation<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of SLA\u2019s and lease agreements<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of basic technology in building (electrical, plumbing and construction)<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of mechanical and air-conditioning systems<br \/>\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"AFMS Group","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"The AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd is a privately owned company established in 2002 providing specialist services to the built environment sector.
