What the day will look like<\/p>\n
\tBe the primary point of contact for clients.
\n\tPerform full client needs analysis when required and give client telephonic advise
\n\tMember management.
\n\tResolve routine queries via inbound and outbound calls to and from the Aon Resolution Centre.
\n\tProvide retention support to healthcare benefit consultants.
\n\tPreparation and lodging of complaints with the CMS.
\n\tInvestigation, negotiating and resolving greater extreme care cases on behalf of clients.
\n\tEngaging in business development and\/or contributing directly or indirectly to all business development efforts in Aon South Africa.<\/p>\n

Qualifications.<\/p>\n
\tA recognised matric qualification.
\n\tAn NQF 5 or equivalent qualification in healthcare\/healthcare administration.
\n\tA relevant bachelor\u2019s degree from a reputable tertiary educational institution would be advantageous.
\n\tRegistration as a representative with the FSCA in terms of the FAIS act and CMS.
\n\tAccreditation on 8 medical schemes, 3 Gap cover schemes and 2 occupational health products is required.<\/p>\n
Knowledge.<\/p>\n
\tA well-developed knowledge of principles and practices within a technical\/professional discipline.
\n\tThe ability to analyse data from medical schemes and competently and objectively.
\n\tA good knowledge of policy wordings.<\/p>\n
Skills and Attributes.<\/p>\n
\tWell-developed analytical skills, i.e. problem-solving, potential problem analysis, decision analysis.
\n\tWell-developed ability to work in and contribute to teams constructively.
\n\tWell-developed spoken and written communication skills.
\n\tWell-developed influencing and persuading skills.
\n\tWell-developed interpersonal skills.
\n\tComputer literacy in Excel and Word.<\/p>\n
Experience.<\/p>\n
\t5- 10 years experience in a similar or related role.
\n\tExtensive healthcare experience.
\n\tA proven record of achievement as a consultant.<\/p>\n
