Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and report on franchise and driver performance and operational compliance in the field
\n\tGain contextual understanding of the operational levers involved in driving performance, both regionally and branch-specific
\n\tTrain and inform SOP\u2019s at a franchise level (Managers, Drivers), and identify non-compliance as necessary to senior management
\n\tAssist in the continued improvement of SOP\u2019s for across the delivery network
\n\tMaintain service levels of franchises according Service Level Agreements and able to implement corrective measures operationally within service hubs, as related to further business strategies aligned with the Head Office and operational teams
\n\tMonitor and report on branch adherence to franchise agreements and key performance indicators (KPI\u2019s)
\n\tManage and work to improve weekly KPI\u2019s at franchise level
\n\tConduct regular audits to assess & measure performance and compliance
\n\tTravel locally in and around an allocated region, as well as to allocated regional branches as required as part of your weekly deliverables
\n\tAddress key branch tracking metrics in\u00a0regional driver growth\u00a0with the franchise management teams and compiling weekly reports to feedback and address
\n\tAddress key branch tracking metrics in\u00a0regional performance management\u00a0with the franchise management teams and compiling weekly reports to feedback and address

\tHigh energy, self-starter, high level of initiative, creativity and adaptability
\n\tProject management and ability to prioritise focus according to set deliverables is critical
\n\tAuditing SOP compliance
\n\tExecution oriented and operationally pragmatic
\n\tUnderstand how technology works for business
\n\tHands-on field and operational experience
\n\tSystem and process-orientated
\n\tAttention to detail while still seeing the bigger picture
\n\tUnderstand convenience and customer service
\n\tComfortable with change and able to engage with colleagues to assess and refine approach
\n\tLow on ego, high on delivery and execution; but able to network effectively and garner cooperation and collective buy-in from key clients and business owners
\n\tOrganization & sound communication will be key success factors of a Compliance supervisor (Franchise)<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3 yrs experience in a client-facing role in an operational environment or similar required
\n\tA degree or equivalent work experience in process analysis and management
\n\tAbility to analyse data and create reports
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel & powerpoint) required
\n\tProven track record in operational delivery and execution
\n\tOperational experience managing an outlet, hub or a restaurant will be advantageous
\n\tPrevious hospitality\/retail franchise working experience will be advantageous
\n\tTraining experience in an operational setting will be advantageous
\n\tIT or tech savvy will be advantageous
\n\tField-based work experience
\n\tPrevious experience in the logistics industry is not required
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tKeen attention to detail
\n\tAble to coordinate across functional teams to promote efficient operations
\n\tAnalyse and report on eCommerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities<\/p>\n
