\tDriving turnover to ensure achievement of targets\u00a0
\n\tControlling expenses\u00a0
\n\tManaging stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard\u00a0
\n\tPeople management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management\u00a0
\n\tExecuting in-store merchandising strategy and standards\u00a0
\n\tEnsure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA Grade 12 qualification\u00a0
\n\tA minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience\u00a0
\n\t2-3 years retail Management experience<\/p>\n
Skills:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tHave an interest in fashion\u00a0
\n\tA passion for excellent Customer services and sales environment \u00a0
\n\tFigure and admin orientated\u00a0
\n\tOrganised and thorough \u00a0
\n\tProfit and turnover driven\u00a0
\n\tAble to manage risk within the store\u00a0
\n\tThe\u202fability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels\u00a0
