Description<\/p>\n
\tOversee and support the Campus HCM Managers with the implementation of the Human Resources Management strategy and KPIs.
\n\tProvide strategic leadership to the HCM Managers in the integration of the Human Resource strategy with the approved organisational strategy.
\n\tManage the implementation of the labour cost management strategy and monitor headcount and organisational design framework for the Campuses.
\n\tProvide guidance to the Campus HCM Managers in the implementation of Performance Management, Human Resource information, and Remuneration Systems.
\n\tEnsure the implementation of Human Capital development policies for all personnel across the campuses.
\n\tMonitor adherence to the HCM policies and legislative frameworks.
\n\tAdvise and guide the HCM managers on all employee-related matters and ensure that the employee relations function renders timely advice on all matters of conflict and discipline.
\n\tWhere necessary, represent the organisation at the CCMA.
\n\tEnsure the Campus HCM Managers drive adherence of all personnel to good occupational safety and health practices.
\n\tManage the Human Capital Management division and ensure that the capabilities of the HCM Personnel are identified and aligned to the needs of the organisation.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tHonours Degree\/Postgraduate Diploma at NQF-Level 8 in\u00a0Human Resources Management or related field.
\n\tAt least five (5) to eight (8) years\u2019 experience in generalist Human Capital Management, with two (2) years in a Senior Human Capital Management position.
\n\tStrong policy formulation and facilitation skills.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to operate at a senior management level.
\n\tSound practical knowledge of leading organisational development and business re-engineering processes.
\n\tAbility to initiate, implement, and monitor HCM service delivery processes.
\n\tAbility to establish and lead effective teams as well as maximise their outputs to achieve the organisation\u2019s mandate.
\n\tIn-depth understanding of PFMA.
\n\tA proven track record of interaction with labour in various forums.
\n\tInfluencing, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
\n\tStrong analytical and critical thinking ability.
\n\tSound oral and written communication skills.
\n\tA Master’s Degree at NQF Level 9 would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
