\tPromote a culture of data-driven decision-making, establishing strong experimentation and measurement practices.
\n\tEnsure squads have the insights, analytics, and tools needed for effective prioritisation.<\/p>\n
Product Quality, Risk & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and security requirements.
\n\tEmbed standards for reliability, performance, accessibility, and localisation into delivery practices.<\/p>\n
People Leadership & Organisation Building<\/p>\n
\tHire, coach, and develop Product Managers across multiple levels.
\n\tFoster a culture of clarity, focus, and ownership of outcomes.
\n\tDefine and uphold high standards for product discovery, delivery, and communication craft.<\/p>\n
Day-to-Day Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWith BLO: Align product strategy with business objectives and financial targets.
\n\tWith DM\/TLs: Manage capacity, technical debt, and sustainable delivery practices.
\n\tWith Other Tribe Leads: Coordinate dependencies and shared initiatives.
\n\tWith Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and CX: Ensure alignment across customer, regulatory, and commercial goals.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years leading teams or product portfolios.
\n\tProven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
\n\tStrong fluency in experimentation, analytics, and data-driven prioritisation.
\n\tExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
\n\tExperience mentoring and scaling Product Managers with a player-coach mindset.<\/p>\n
