\tDeliver high-quality HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
\n\tEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
\n\tSupport recruitment processes from job adverts to onboarding.
\n\tCoordinate induction and orientation to ensure a positive start for new employees.
\n\tMaintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS system.
\n\tAssist with performance management processes and staff development initiatives.
\n\tSupport employee engagement and wellness programmes.
\n\tHandle general HR queries from staff in a professional and timely manner.
\n\tAssist with ad-hoc day-to-day general administrative work in the Human Resource Department.
\n\tHandle all exit interviews and gather all exit compensation documents and submit timeously to payroll.
\n\tSupport a healthy and supportive culture among management and staff that adhere to the NACOSA values

Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
\n\t3+ years in an HR administrative or similar role.
\n\tStrong knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation.
\n\tPrevious NGO experience is required.
\n\tExceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tProficient in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., Sage, Pay Space, or similar)
\n\tWorking understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment job portals.
\n\tA valid driver\u2019s license and own vehicle<\/p>\n
