Purpose of role:<\/p>\n
\tThe Commissions Administrator is required to support the central business enablement team in providing high levels of support to the regions.
\n\tThe incumbent takes responsibility for the central point of contact for all commissions processing \/ income processing, distributed to the Financial Planning Partners.
\n\tThe incumbent plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the organization, interacting daily with Financial Planning Partners, Assistants, Finance and the MIS Team amongst others.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOperational Support (10%)
\n\tSupport the Centre with general office management tasks including reception and facilities
\n\tSupport the Centre with the ordering of stationery \/ office refreshments for all offices in the\u00a0Company
\n\tMonitor the central e-mail accounts
\n\tReceive, validate and process Investec CCM withdrawals for clients daily
\n\tAssist with the opening of new Investec CCM accounts in line with business processes daily<\/p>\n
Commission Management (75%)<\/p>\n
\tCollaboration with the Finance and MIS reporting teams
\n\tMaintenance of the employee database on the commission system
\n\tMonitor and reconcile the daily bank statements for the Company\u00a0relating to commission \/ fee deposits received
\n\tReceive and process individual product provider commission statements relative to the daily\u00a0bank deposits received
\n\tCreate and process manual commission payments (i.e. referral business or direct payments\u00a0from clients for professional services)
\n\tQuery management – with product providers on queries (including both commission file layout\u00a0queries or individual commission related queries on behalf of Financial Planning Partners) and\u00a0internal queries received from the regions i.e. Financial Planning Partners etc.
\n\tRequest and submit invoices and month end statements to third parties where necessary
\n\tManaging suspense entries in line with internal business processes
\n\tDistribute the total fees \/ commission in suspense for Financial Planning Partners who have\u00a0left the company
\n\tPreparation of month end reconciliation packs for Finance<\/p>\n
Other Duties (5%)<\/p>\n
\tContribute actively to the team and employee initiatives
\n\tWorking collaboratively and supporting other employees in their areas of work when required
