\n\tDiageo SA is looking for BPM analyst to help drive strategic business decisions and optimize company performance through forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis<\/p>\n
Functions in: Finance<\/p>\n
Play an active role in assisting the Business Performance Manager to<\/p>\n
\tDrive robust planning and outlook processes across the business to ensure excellent forecasts, strategic plans and operating plans are developed.
\n\tDeveloping and managing the overall business performance management process within Southern Africa.<\/p>\n
Financial Planning & Forecasting<\/p>\n
\tCo-ordination of the various inputs required to formulate the operating plans and monthly forecasts across different business units, understanding and quantifying the implications thereof
\n\tDevelop and maintain financial models to support business planning
\n\tAnalyze variances between actual results and forecasts\/budgets
\n\tProvide actionable recommendations based on financial analysis<\/p>\n
Reporting & Analysis<\/p>\n
\tPrepare monthly, business performance management reporting packages
\n\tCreate dashboards and KPI reports for leadership
\n\tConduct profitability, cost, and trend analysis
\n\tManage Stock in Trade reporting process, triangulating data received and ensure accurate and timely insights.
\n\tSupport scenario planning and sensitivity analysis<\/p>\n
Business Partnering<\/p>\n
Collaborate with department heads to understand financial drivers<\/p>\n
\tProvide financial insights to support operational decisions
\n\tSupport new initiatives with financial modeling and ROI analysis<\/p>\n
Process Improvement<\/p>\n
\tImprove budgeting and forecasting processes
\n\tEnhance financial reporting tools and champion the automation of BPM processes
\n\tEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systems<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
\n\tCA or CIMA (preferred)<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t2\u20135 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related field
\n\tExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
\n\tExperience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
\tStrong financial modeling and Excel skills
\n\tAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail
\n\tAbility to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
\n\tStrong presentation skills
\n\tExperience with BI tools preferred
\n\tAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
