Minimum skills and experience required:<\/p>\n
\tBCom degree or BTech in Financial Accounting
\n\tCompleted articles
\n\tAGA (SA) registered through SAICA \/ CIMA would be advantageous
\n\tStrong IT knowledge would be an advantage
\n\tGood communication skills
\n\tAttention to detail
\n\tMust have a valid driver’s license<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and post standard journals for monthly management accounts
\n\tForeign creditors and import documentation control
\n\tAssist with creditors when required
\n\tPrepare VAT return and reconcile it
\n\tConfirm inter-company balances with other branches
\n\tPrepare tax pack and upload on one source
\n\tPrepare SMART pack and upload financial statements on Hyperion on a monthly basis
\n\tReconcile all ledger accounts using MS Excel by the 10th working day of the new month
\n\tMonthly waste reports
\n\tTreasury schedules
\n\tCapex submissions
\n\tAssist with internal\/external audits
\n\tUpload budget (yearly) and forecast (quarterly) onto HYPERION and prepare statutory notes on HYPERION\u00a0
\n\tPerform any other ad hoc duties that may be required<\/p>\n
