We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented VAS Project Coordinator to support the growth and optimisation of Value Added Services (VAS) across our store network. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, coordinating projects, and identifying new opportunities to enhance service offerings and deliver added value to our customers and business.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\t2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a Project Coordinator role
\n\tDiploma\/Degree in Project Management or Financial Management<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tStrong administrative and telephonic skills
\n\tComputer literate (Microsoft Office)
\n\tExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\tGood mathematical and accounting skills
\n\tHigh level of discretion when handling confidential information
\n\tStrong attention to detail
\n\tAbility to work under pressure
\n\tDeadline-driven with good time management
\n\tReporting and analytical skills
\n\tBasic understanding of building specifications and drawings
\n\tIT knowledge
\n\tExperience in supplier engagement<\/p>\n

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
New Stores<\/p>\n
\tEngage with suppliers
\n\tIdentify services to be implemented in new stores
\n\tCollaborate with the Development Department to create required space and locations
\n\tLiaise with Store Project Managers on site readiness plans
\n\tCommunicate progress on site readiness
\n\tAdvise the business on implementation timelines
\n\tEnsure implementation dates are met and services are operational<\/p>\n
Refurbishments<\/p>\n
\tEngage with suppliers
\n\tIdentify services to be implemented or relocated
\n\tWork with Development Department on space planning
\n\tLiaise with Store Project Managers on site readiness
\n\tRequest new or relocation of services (e.g., banking and financial institutions)
\n\tCommunicate progress and timelines
\n\tEnsure successful implementation and operational readiness<\/p>\n
IT Projects<\/p>\n
\tCompile BNB documents for business requests
\n\tDevelop QRC documents and user manuals
\n\tPlan and manage rollout and implementation
\n\tDrive customer awareness through marketing initiatives<\/p>\n
Special Projects<\/p>\n
\tManage ad hoc project requests
\n\tHandle special requests from stores and suppliers
\n\tDrive enhancements of existing products and services<\/p>\n
Site Readiness<\/p>\n
\tEngage with Development Department
\n\tReview store drawings and layouts
\n\tMonitor and assess site readiness
\n\tProvide feedback to service providers<\/p>\n
GVS Cards<\/p>\n
\tExpand card nodes and service offerings<\/p>\n
Operational Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport VAS operations team with product knowledge
\n\tEscalate issues and downtime to service providers
\n\tRespond to Store Operations requests for new or additional services\/devices<\/p>\n
Executive Reporting<\/p>\n
\tPrepare monthly updates on new business projects
\n\tTrack and report on progress of current projects
\n\tCompile reporting and data analysis<\/p>\n
