We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function at production site in SFAX. This is a strategic leadership role with full oversight of financial operations, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, especially during a period of exciting site expansion.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
\n\tEnsure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards
\n\tOversee product costing and drive cost-efficiency initiatives
\n\tProvide financial governance for capital investments and expansion projects
\n\tDeliver strategic insights to senior leadership
\n\tLead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tExperience: 10+ years in financial analysis, controlling, and cost accounting
\n\tEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA or equivalent is a plus)<\/p>\n
Technical Skills:<\/p>\n
\tAdvanced Excel and financial modeling
\n\tERP systems (Oracle preferred)
\n\tPower BI or similar data visualization tools
\n\tLanguages: Fluent in English, French and Arabic<\/p>\n
