What the role is about:<\/p>\n

\n\tDeveloping \u201cout of the box\u201d\u00a0sales\u00a0strategies\/models and evaluating their effectiveness;
\n\tEvaluating clients\u2019 skills, needs and building productive long-lasting relationships;

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tGenerating new leads, developing existing client base and foster relationships between ACDC and clientele.
\n\tHandling of client enquiries.
\n\tMeeting and\/or exceeding sales targets.
\n\tUnderstanding of the marketplace relative to product offering and client base demographics.
\n\tSearching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities positioning and branding for the respective product range in client stores.
\n\tAssist in the development of product launch programs, formulation of client days and product awareness campaigns within the client portfolio.
\n\tTraining clients on products (as and when required).
\n\tExecuting sales strategies.
\n\tWhen required, giving sales presentations to various levels of audiences.
\n\tManaging employer\u2019s expectations, client relationships and providing these with excellent service and support.
\n\tProviding feedback regarding suggestions for improvement and market research.
\n\tAbility to deal with and respond to high volumes of emails.
\n\tQuotation formulation and follow ups.
\n\tAttending Sales Meetings and providing the necessary information\/statistics etc.
\n\tPlanning as well as submission of weekly calls and reporting on weekly activities.
\n\tClient account maintenance.
\n\tAnalyzing the current marketplace and ensuring feedback is given regarding important market and competitive information.
\n\tAttending of ad hoc training sessions.<\/p>\n

\tExperience\/knowledge in Sales Environment\u00a0(Preferable: Electrical Manufacturing)
\n\t3 – 5 Years in same\/similar role.
\n\tElectrical or similar Technical Qualification (Advantageous).
\n\tAptitude to absorb Product Knowledge (Technical).
\n\tProven Marketing and Sales competencies + ability to analyze market and formulate new strategies.
\n\tAbility to establish and foster new business relationships and provide training to clients.<\/p>\n
