\tCFW Environmental is an air systems engineering company, part of the CFW Industries group established in 1966. We focus primarily on large turnkey projects, and manage the entire development process, from design to manufacture, installation and commissioning.
\n\tCFW has extensive experience in fan and air technology engineering. The industries we serve include the mining, power generation, industrial processing, agricultural, marine \/ fishing, poultry, commercial and HVAC sectors
\n\tThe company employs a diverse workforce with a strong skill set in engineering. \u00a0We are currently seeking an\u00a0Applications Engineer\u00a0to work with a team of mechanical engineers with ventilation projects.
\n\tThis role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who values career stability and wants to join a collaborative team experiencing significant project growth. The successful candidate will take ownership of ventilation and air handling projects from concept through to commissioning. Responsibilities will include:
\n\tInterpret client specifications, tender documents, and technical requirements.
\n\tDesigning and selecting appropriate ventilation and fan systems
\n\tPrepare technical proposals, equipment schedules, and detailed costings.
\n\tEngaging with clients to clarify requirements and present technical solutions
\n\tLiaising with draughting, production, and installation teams to ensure practical and cost-effective designs.
\n\tProviding commissioning support and technical troubleshooting when required.
\n\tEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience Required:<\/p>\n
\tBEng \/ BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
\n\tProven experience in a mechanical engineering role
\n\tExperience in ventilation, HVAC, fan systems, or industrial air movement applications will be advantageous
