The Role<\/p>\n
\tAs Workshops and Spares Senior Manager, you will oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the workshop, managing machinery, equipment, and spares while leading a team of technicians. The role covers procuring goods and services, prioritising tasks and projects, improving equipment, and ensuring safety compliance.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage workshop and parts operations to ensure efficient, profitable performance.
\n\tOversee ordering of spares and scheduling of equipment repairs and maintenance.
\n\tDrive effective stock management, cost control, and overall financial oversight.
\n\tRespond to enquiries and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
\n\tLead staff and SHEQ compliance while leveraging digital tools to improve processes and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 with the required related experience and \/ or qualified Artisan. A Diploma in Sales\/Management\/ Related Field although not an absolute requirement will enhance your application.
\n\tA minimum of 6 years\u2019 relevant experience, including proven experience in the sale or repairs of agricultural equipment and parts, workshops operations (job cards, scheduling, etc.)
\n\tExtensive knowledge of inventory control.
\n\tStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of POS and retail operating systems.
