Primary purpose of the job:<\/p>\n
\tThe Quality Engineer will ensure that the products provide a high level of quality that meets the customer’s expectation. The person will be responsible for reporting and measuring the organisation’s quality performance actions to address any deficiencies.<\/p>\n

\tQuality systems and concepts
\n\tManufacturing processes
\n\tCustomer specific requirements
\n\tUnderstanding of a measuring report (robotic assembly of steel and aluminium automotive components)
\n\tCore Tool: FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plans and Six Sigma Green Belt<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping and implementing quality management systems in manufacturing industries.
\n\tCreating and maintaining company documentation such as quality manuals and quality procedures.
\n\tTroubleshooting problems or flaws in the item provided for testing.
\n\tAnalysing, identifying, and implementing manufacturing and\/or business process improvements which will improve capability and performance.
\n\tMeeting with members of the production team to offer recommendations and share results.
\n\tMaintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment.
\n\tApplying good manufacturing practise and observing that it is being adhered to.
\n\tPerforming tests and measurements using existing measurement equipment.
\n\tParticipating in teams to help make necessary improvements and changes to all process related issues in the production department.
\n\tAnalyse audit reports\/results in terms of repeated deficiencies, reviewing with process owners.<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tB-Tech Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
\n\tTotal Quality Management
\n\tISO Standards (Standard Internal Auditor)
\n\tCustomer Standards and IATF
\n\tLean Manufacturing
\n\tSix Sigma Tools
\n\tRoot Cause analysis & Problem Solving \/ Core Tools understanding, implementation Minimum 5-year experience in the manufacturing environment
\n\tMinimum 3-year experience on press tools or assembly process
\n\tMinimum 5-year experience and or background Automotive Industry<\/p>\n
