Job Description<\/p>\n
\tOptimi is looking for qualified, passionate, and adaptable Facilitators\/Tutors to join our Workplace team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering quality teaching and training, supporting learners, and contributing to the development and upliftment of adult learners through AET programmes. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of learners.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)
\n\tTeaching diploma or degree
\n\tRelevant teaching\/training experience (preferably in AET and\/or relevant learning areas)
\n\tSACE registration (compulsory)
\n\tAssessor certificate (advantageous)
\n\tModerator certificate (advantageous)
\n\tStrong English communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\tBasic computer literacy
\n\tAny additional training-related qualifications will be advantageous<\/p>\n
DUTIES<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and deliver structured lessons
\n\tProvide remedial support where required
\n\tCoach and mentor learners effectively
\n\tAssess learner competency in relevant learning areas and levels
\n\tAdapt teaching methods to meet learner needs
\n\tMaintain effective communication with learners, management, and support teams
\n\tDemonstrate empathy and support learner development
\n\tPromote skills development and upliftment through AET programmes
\n\tAttend required training sessions and meetings<\/p>\n
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tMust be flexible and adaptable
\n\tWillingness to travel
\n\tAbility to work with adult learners and demonstrate patience<\/p>\n
