A well-established logistics operation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full responsibility for a high-volume warehouse environment.
\n\tThis is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong operational, commercial, and people management capability.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch)
\n\tTake ownership of budgeting, cost control, and operational performance
\n\tEnsure all SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved and continuously improved
\n\tLead, manage, and develop warehouse teams to drive productivity
\n\tOversee inventory management, stock control, and WMS utilisation
\n\tMaintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping, and compliance
\n\tManage customer expectations and ensure service excellence
\n\tMonitor operational efficiencies and optimise processes<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)
\n\tMinimum 5+ years’ experience in a logistics \/ warehouse management role
\n\tProven experience managing teams in a warehouse environment
\n\tStrong financial \/ budget management exposure
\n\tExperience within pick-pack operations
\n\tWorking knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
\n\tSolid understanding of SLA and KPI-driven environments<\/p>\n
