Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo provide administrative and operational support to the CRM and Promotions function by ensuring accurate customer data management, efficient campaign execution, and timely reporting.
\n\tThe role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting customer communications, and assisting in the delivery of CRM and promotional activities that enhance customer engagement, participation and overall business performance<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage & distribute GW mailbox queries to relevant stakeholders daily
\n\tAssist in setting up and executing CRM and Promotions campaigns as per approved plans
\n\tTimeously execute distribution of SMS\/PN campaigns, including scripting and scheduling
\n\tTrack and draw reports on monthly SMS usage against budget
\n\tCapture and update customer information accurately in line with month-end requirements
\n\tMaintain MVG database records by updating customer data and ensuring accuracy
\n\tEnsure proper filing, classification and protection of customer data and sensitive information
\n\tPerform regular data checks to maintain data integrity and accuracy
\n\tGenerate hygiene and exception reports to identify and correct data inconsistencies
\n\tEnsure compliance with data handling, audit, and record-keeping standards
\n\tExtract and compile weekly and monthly customer reports
\n\tAssist in analysing basic trends in customer behaviour and campaign performance
\n\tAssist in preparation for standard reports on CRM, MVG, promotions participation and related metrics
\n\tSupport the identification of customer segments based on predefined criteria
\n\tAssist in extracting data for acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation initiatives
\n\tHighlight notable changes or trends in customer activity for review
\n\tAssist the Promotions team by extracting daily qualifiers and supporting communication processes
\n\tProvide administrative support for promotional campaigns and participation tracking
\n\tWork with marketing, gaming, and hotel teams by providing data and report support
\n\tAssist in compiling information for VIP and mass-market campaign activities
\n\tMaintain organised records and documentation for CRM and Promotions activities
\n\tSupport cost control tracking by monitoring campaign-related spend where required
\n\tAssist in preparing fragments of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal use<\/p>\n

Education<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Marketing or related field\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t1\u20133 years\u2019 experience in an administrative, CRM, marketing support or data-related role
\n\tExposure to database management or customer data systems\u00a0
\n\tExperience in promotions, hospitality, gaming, or customer-focused environments\u00a0<\/p>\n
