\tProvide driving\/messenger services.
\n\tCollect and deliver mail to and from the Post Office.
\n\tDelivery, collect, distribute letters, correspondence, packages, files and documents.
\n\tCollect, sort and distribute mail to line functionaries and relevant officials within the Department and to external clients.
\n\tCollect, distribute mails to and from other sections \/ external clients and receive signatures from recipients.
\n\tEnsure all mails\/ documents\/ parcels are collected from Registry, Learner Affairs, etc as per schedule.
\n\tEnsure proper and secure control over movement of documents.
\n\tGeneral maintenance and storage of vehicle.
\n\tMaintain accurate and up to date schedule trip sheets i.e. log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption etc.
\n\tHandle routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks i.e. collect office consumables
\n\tReport incidents timeously and compile vehicle condition reports
\n\tEnsure minor\/major vehicle maintenance are carried out on time.<\/p>\n

\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence with Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
