\tA dynamic consumer electronics company is looking for an experienced Head of Consumer Electronics with strong commercial acumen and leadership experience.
\n\tThis role offers full P&L ownership and the chance to lead multiple global brands across fast-moving African markets, driving growth, operational excellence, and team performance.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOwn the end-to-end divisional P&L, including revenue, margins, and stock targets
\n\tDefine pricing and margin strategies across multiple brands and markets
\n\tManage a multi-brand Consumer Electronics portfolio, adapting strategies to diverse market conditions
\n\tLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, accountable team
\n\tBuild strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and internal stakeholders
\n\tBalance aggressive growth objectives with sustainable gross profit and operational efficiency
\n\tProactively address risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth execution across the division<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
\n\t10+ years of progressive commercial experience, ideally in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or branded distribution
\n\t5+ years in senior leadership roles with direct accountability for commercial outcomes and teams
\n\tProven experience managing multi-brand portfolios and end-to-end P&L at divisional or business-unit level
\n\tStrong financial acumen, including pricing, margin, stock management, and commercial decision-making
\n\tExceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
\n\tResilient, agile, and able to navigate volatile, fast-moving markets<\/p>\n
