\tManaged People Solutions\u00a0is actively seeking a skilled\u00a0Merchandiser\u00a0to join our team. If you’re passionate about merchandising and ready to take on a leadership role, we would love to have you on board in\u00a0Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.<\/p>\n
Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tAs a Merchandiser, you will play an important role in ensuring products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and visually appealing to customers. If you are proactive, motivated, and passionate about retail, this role will give you valuable hands-on experience in the industry.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDetermine stock to be merchandised
\n\tEnsure the correct stock is available in-store
\n\tCheck product quality, rotation, and pricing
\n\tSet up products according to company standards
\n\tReport customer issues and requests
\n\tMaintain accurate merchandising records
\n\tMonitor and report out-of-stock items to management
\n\tMaintain knowledge of products and promotions
\n\tExecute store calls according to the call cycle
\n\tAdvise the RSM on out-of-stock products<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)
\n\tMinimum of 12 months\u2019 experience in an FMCG merchandising environment
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license with at least 2 years\u2019 driving experience<\/p>\n
